I think I'm going to start doing a photo a day challenge(inspired by #fmsphotoaday)  .  I got a camera for Christmas a year ago and haven't put it to use nearly enough.  This should prompt me to use it more and to get the hang of using it better.  :)

January 15, 2013--An Ordinary Moment.  The princess soaking up the sun on her daddy's lap.

January 18, 2013--Shadow - Gate casting a shadow on the lily pond.

January 19, 2013--Delicious - Pumpkin cake straight out of the oven with a bit of whipped cream.

January 22, 2013--Corner - The corner of the bench I was sitting next to.

January 23, 2013--Electric - Even after 14 years, every touch is still electric.

January 24, 2013--Stripes - The underpass has stripes from both the gate and stairs.

January 25, 2013--Landscape - Rainy day at the trail to Mission Dam.

January 26, 2013--Together - An old pic of our late pet, Friday, and our then very young son.

January 27, 2013--Sun - The sun was playing peek-a-boo all day so I could only catch a glimpse of a few rays.

January 28, 2013--Through - My neighbors cats are always looking through the window.

January 29, 2013--Grow - I wish this pile would grow.  Considerably.  ;)
